CAROL STREAM, ILL. — Prinova Europe Ltd., a subsidiary of Prinova Group LLC, launched a range of premixes for dairy replacement products.
The company offers premixes optimized for vegan milk alternatives and for vegan oat-based yogurt. It also offers a premix for plant-based cheeses that may be adapted to include additional functional ingredients, such as probiotics and flavorings. The premixes are made using the company’s Pea Protein 85%, which is high in branched chain amino acids and allergen-free.
Prinova developed new recipes to demonstrate the premixes. Its plant-based milk is smooth and creamy with a light mouthfeel while its pea protein is whiter than most plant-based alternatives on the market, according to the company.
