Coming Soon: Life in Rose Farm & Garden opening in Magnolia this summer

Local business owner Theresa Pham will launch Life in Rose Farm & Garden this summer in Magnolia. Located off FM 2920 near the Showboat Drive-In theater, the facility will sit on a 10-acre property and offer a rose garden for cuttings in addition to a fruit orchard and herb and vegetable garden. Coming Soon: New boutique Ultra Violet coming soon to Main Street in Tomball

Tomball native Amy Bench will be relocating her boutique The Purple Palm from Matagorda to Main Street in Tomball. According to Bench, the boutique will be renamed Ultra Violet and is slated to open in early to mid-March. Set to be located at 409 W. SpeedPro Magnolia has been named 2020 Business of the Year by the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, according to a Feb. 12 news release. The business, located at 32503 Tamina Road, Ste. 1, Magnolia, is a franchise that offers large format printing services for projects, such as event displays, signs and graphics. Bar and grill franchise Little Woodrow’s opened its eighth Houston-area location in Tomball on Feb. 23, according to a social media post by the business. Lone Star Cheladas opened at 28303 Dobbin-Huffsmith Road, Magnolia, on Nov. 27, according to owner Ramiro Rodriguez. The eatery’s menu includes food items, such as wings, seafood baskets and tacos.
