MILFORD — The Housatonic River Job Network will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Margaret Egan Community Center, 35 Matthew St.

Guest speaker will be Fran Trelease, an interviewer, communicator, writer and editor. The topic will be “Navigating a Career Change — in 8 Steps.” As president of Boomer Den, Trelease “created a service that matches midlife professionals (ages 40+) with short-term internships to help them explore new careers under the guidance of a business owner. It is an adult intern placement service — where professionals can test out a new or desired second career in a safe, mentoring environment,” according to a release.

All pandemic-related protocols will be followed for the meeting, including distanced seating and masks required while in the center.
